Before I started doing Jenn’s classes, I exercised every day but I wasn’t excited to do so. I would get up and go through the motions just to check it off my list. I never thought I could love exercising until I started taking classes from Jenn. She is motivating, inspiring, creative with her moves, and none of her classes are ever the same! Jenn H. is hands down the best fitness instructor I have experienced! Her workouts are varied and she always offers moderations...all the while challenging you through the screen. I’ve had the pleasure of attending some live Boot Camps and wowsers! The only thing that tops her workouts is her personality - an all-around genuine, friendly and empowering woman. Thanks to Jenn I have been able to continue my physical fitness journey during COVID and plan to continue! --Yvonne

I took Jenn’s classes before the pandemic in a gym setting and was so excited to see she was one of the first to offer online during the pandemic and I have been working out with her this way since the beginning.  Her workouts are challenging, engaging and very creative.  She offers modifications for every move to target all fitness levels and is the best on screen cheerleader.  While my schedule doesn’t often allow me to join live, even participating in the recorded versions I very much feel a part of the group.  I love hearing my friend’s names and sometimes even my own (because she knows I will take it later) during the class as it is very motivating to know these real people. You are definitely not just a number in her class, you can tell that she truly cares about each and every one of her participants.  I am so thankful to call her “my” instructor and even more importantly a friend. -Brenda

I’ve been working out with Jenn since the beginning of the pandemic and even now that the gyms are back open, I’m still working out with her. There hasn’t been one class that I’ve not liked or felt like I didn’t get what I needed. I’m stronger, and leaner and honestly more disciplined with my workouts because of her! --  Glennis

I have been a gym rat for most of my adult life. I really loved the variety of classes offered at gyms and having others to workout with.  I can honestly say I don’t miss the gym!  You and your workouts have given me reason to stay motivated on my fitness journey.  My mental health is much better when I’m able to workout.  I can’t see myself returning to a gym! The convenience of working out at home is priceless.  This is really something because my husband tried to get me to workout from the house by buying an Elliptical years ago - but it just wasn’t the right timing for me.

 

I feel you’ve created a community with others in our group - members are commenting on each other’s posts and taking pictures. I love the weekly meal plans and have gotten more motivated to try new recipes.  I really do appreciate all you do for us. -- Val
